Specification Martin Luther King Jr. was a black boy born to a church pastor. Because of his different skin color, he couldn't play at his friends' houses or go to school with them...
Dr. King continued to speak out against racial discrimination with words that moved people's hearts. This book tells the story of his life through simple words and familiar illustrations. This is the "First Biography Picture Book" series that introduces the stories of people who worked to make the world a better place, keeping their childhood dreams and desires in mind. There are explanations and photos at the end of the book.
