V Point Service

Collect and use V Points!

*This applies to all products sold on TSUTAYA BOOKS Online Store website.
*Shipping and handling fees are not eligible for points. Coupons and V Points are also not eligible for points.

What are V Points?

These points can be accumulated based on the amount you spend at TSUTAYA and other V Point partner stores.
The points you accumulate can be used at TSUTAYA and some affiliated stores, or exchanged for points issued by affiliated stores.
Please check the V Point website for information on V Point partners and how to use V Points.

When can I earn points?

Points will be accumulated 7 to 10 days after the product is shipped.
You can check your V Point history on the V Point website.

V Point expiration date

If your T Card expires, or if there is no change in your points for one year (if you have not saved, used, or exchanged your points) even if your T Card is still valid, your V Points will expire.
You can check the expiration date of your points on the V Point website.

Notes

If we determine that you are fraudulently obtaining or using V Points through the "TSUTAYA BOOKS Online Store" service, or if we suspect that you are doing so, we may suspend the allocation of V Points to you or cancel any V Points you hold, in accordance with the "TSUTAYA BOOKS Online Store" terms of service or the point service terms of use established by V Point Japan Co., Ltd.

V Point usage procedure

*If you have not yet registered as a member of TSUTAYA BOOKS Online Store, please click the "Log in or register as a new member" button to complete the process.
*V Points can be used with your Yahoo! JAPAN ID.
*Please note that if you cancel the V Point usage procedure before V Points are awarded, you will not be able to accumulate V Points.
*Customer usage information will be provided to Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. and will be used to improve our services, including when it is provided to our business partners.
