Media1.0 is a project that uses fashion as a medium to inform people of events and social issues from around the world captured by photographers from Japan and abroad. Media2.0, the publishing label of the project, focuses not only on piercing truths, but also on the "blank spaces" of thoughts and emotions.

This issue, Issue 0 of the Media 2.0 series, is a look into the small worlds captured by photographer Mikiko Hara. Flowers blooming on the roadside in your hometown, the nearest train, the light shining on your dining table. A snowy day. And family. Scenes that seem normal are not actually normal. Before thinking about the problems that pervade society, there are things that we have always wanted to protect.

"After that, every time I went to the hospital, I would look for cherry blossom branches, pick them up, and bring them home. Eventually, I started picking them up when I walked in the neighborhood park. Broken branches that would never sprout ended up being piled up and propped up.
