Sophie Taeuber-Arp (1889-1943), who began her career as a textile designer and pursued compositions based on precise geometric forms across the boundaries of painting and interior spaces, and her husband Jean Arp (1886-1966), who was also a poet but created collages, reliefs and sculptures based on forms that arose by chance. A collection of works by this artist couple, one of the most representative of the first half of the 20th century, is on exhibition at the Artizon Museum from March 1 (Sat) to June 1 (Sun), 2025.
