Journey

I have traveled many places with my camera for over 40 years. When I think back, my memories seem far away, and now I am here. It was a journey where I wandered slowly, slowly, aimlessly. I met many people. And I looked at them through my camera. Each time, I witnessed a miracle. I was transfixed by the scenery in front of me that I will never see again, and my body was filled with joy, thankful for the good fortune of being there.
The photographs I have posted here are also memories of those joys, but where do I go from here? After more than 40 years, I am finally beginning to see the vague outlines of my own photographs.
Come to think of it, when I was younger I was always in a rush to find my own photos.
But it's not that easy to find. Once I realized that, I started walking slowly.
I want to continue my leisurely photographic journey. I want to take photos while letting the world take me. I wonder how many more photos I can take. I want to enjoy this journey of discovering new photographs of myself that I have yet to see.
