"Art in You" aims to create a world where everyone can live together with art. A collection of proverbs by Tatsuo Miyajima, filled with his latest theories on art.

Tatsuo Miyajima has been active internationally ever since he first attracted attention at the Aperto 88 Young Artists section of the most prestigious international art exhibition, the Venice Biennale, in 1988. He represented Japan at the Venice Biennale in 1999, solidifying his reputation. To date, he has exhibited his works at over 250 locations in 30 countries around the world.
Since the 2000s, he has been involved in education, mentoring the next generation, serving as Vice President of Tohoku University of Art and Design from 2006 to 2016 and as Vice President of Kyoto University of Art and Design from 2012 to 2016.
Especially during the last 10 years that I have been involved in education, I have often used "words" to convey messages, as opposed to presenting my works, and this book was born from my desire to compile those messages.
