A new zine by Valerie Phillips, a London-based photographer known as a pioneer of girly photography.

Valerie returned to London with a Hello Kitty instax mini she bought in Harajuku and all the Hello Kitty instant film she could find at a souvenir shop in Haneda Airport. Holding them in both hands, she photographed Phoebe, a student singer-songwriter living in the suburbs of South London, over the course of about nine months until she enrolled at university, and compiled the results into a book.
