About the productJapanese

Limited edition double-signed postcard included

Keiichi Tanaami, the "giant of pop art," and legendary avant-garde artist Ushio Shinohara met in their student days and continue to share their friendship to this day.

This is a record of 50 years of "fierce art letters" that Shinohara, who moved to the United States in 1969, wrote to Tanaami. The latest art scene in New York and his intense and dynamic friendships with stars from various fields are written in his characteristic style.

This book is a valuable read for friends who share the same struggle in the world of art. It is made up of text and real photographs, and the raw writing seen in the photographs is so overwhelming in its force. At the beginning of the book, Keiichi Tanaami shares an episode about "Gyu-chan," and at the end, there is a conversation between the two of them.
