Published in 2014, this is the first book by Yoshihiro Imai, a chef who runs the restaurant Monk in Kyoto.
It is a compilation of dishes from his time as a chef at Emboca Kyoto. It was self-published in limited quantities. It features beautiful photographs by Yuka Yanagizume and words by Imai. (Quoted from monk's official website)
