This is a concept book for "aca 1°," a Spanish restaurant that opened in Kyoto and moved to Nihonbashi, Tokyo.

It was planned at the same time as the relocation and took two years to complete. It was designed by Yohei Nagata, art director of "o-flat inc." With concise text and beautiful photographs, it conveys the interior of the restaurant, the chef's approach to cooking, and the origins of the ingredients, bringing out the charm of the restaurant to the fullest.
