Editor. After working at a publishing company and a design company, he went freelance in 2016. He edits business books and directs website content.
"Yayoi Department Store Soft Cream" by Iko Kajitani
Born in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture in 1985. Currently living in Kyoto City. His love of typesetting led him to start writing in 2015.
She has produced many privately published booklets, including "Home cooking and me: A personal history of taste unravelled through 'home cooking' and recipes from my home that may be useful" and "THE LADY."
"Victory-tei's Miyabiya" by Shunsuke Inada
Chef and restaurant producer. His books include "A book that explains the true greatness of popular restaurant chains" (Fusosha Shinsho) and "About 15 minutes! Authentic Indian curry taught by the head chef of a South Indian restaurant" (Shibata Shoten).
On Twitter, under the name Inada Shunsuke, he posts various food-related information and his favorite foods every day.

Born March 31, 1987. Hairdresser. Driven by her curiosity about food, she worked in a restaurant for a year, observing the food, the space, and the people involved. Her favorite foods are ohagi and pumpkin soup.

Freelance writer, editor, and coordinator. After working as an editor for fashion and music magazines in Tokyo, she moved to Toronto, Canada in 2014 and became a freelancer. She writes extensively for Japanese media in Japan and overseas, covering topics from music to culture, fashion, food, and business. She served as editor-in-chief of a Japanese information magazine in Toronto, and also coordinates Canadian coverage for Japanese media. She will be based in Vancouver from 2020.
