Photographer Kyohei Hattori's latest photo book, "Bacon," was named after the sound of the shutter of the medium-format camera that Hattori uses.
The sound of the shutter is not recorded in a photograph, and although it is something we take for granted, it feels somehow unnatural when it is not there - it is an essential sound.
