The 7th issue of "198201111959," a new magazine launched in 2019 by Yamazaki Junsuke, who was the editor-in-chief of "FREE MAGAZINE," has been published.

A tragedy occurred in Itaewon, South Korea in October 2022. So Young Kim, who was heartbroken by the accident in his beloved city, created the "ITAEWON" baseball cap with a heart embossed pattern as a tribute. We look back on the incident with photos taken by him and his friends. Other features include footage of the kudos/soduk fashion show presented in Tokyo, fashion photos by Seoul-based ceimou, and interviews with COSMIC WONDER's Maeda Yukinori and artist James Merry.

In addition to the main story, three photo books have also been produced for this issue. Photographer Daisuke Hamada photographed the collection of Lieve Van Gorp, a legendary designer born in Antwerp, Belgium. The photo books condense many of her representative works, even though she has now retired from the fashion world.
