"Dance like no one's watching"
I once saw these words, written by a pastor, in a supermarket in America.
That sentence sunk quietly into my heart and remained with me like a beautiful scene. Together with the image of someone dancing enthusiastically, the verb "dance" became a symbol of living vibrantly for me.
I want to collect light.
Fighting, arguing and hurting each other. Anxiety, fear and despair.
Instead of resisting them, I want to quietly gather light.
Light spilling into our daily lives, yours, and theirs.
Fleeting, strong, gentle, sharp.
To me, picking up all of them and piling them up is like a strong prayer. I can't write a song, so I write songs instead of songs. It's like dancing.
The particles of light I picked up eventually leave my hands, and each one responds to the other, growing brighter. People surrounded by the light embrace each other, forgive each other, and fear disappears. It is a world of people helping each other, sharing, and loving each other. I will never let my focus off the line from there. That's what I've decided.
Hey, dance like no one's watching.
