This is the second volume of Yamaguchi Ichiro's "Words: Notes for My Own Training," published last year.
This book contains a total of 250 words written between 2001 and 2006, before his debut.

This special edition book is available in limited quantities and contains a record of short, poem-like fragments of words that Sakanaction wrote as a form of self-training before their major debut.
Every page of the book is printed using letterpress printing, a method that was once central to publishing but is now gradually disappearing. For the 250 "words" in particular, each character cast from a lead alloy was hand-picked and assembled to create a typesetting plate for printing.
Art director Kaoru Kasai was in charge of the book design. When planning for the previous work was underway, Ichiro Yamaguchi expressed his strong desire for Kasai to design the cover, and the series was designed with a unified concept from the previous to this work.

The cloth binding is made of "Mirage Cloth," a fabric newly created for this book by leading Japanese textile designer Reiko Sudo.
At the request of Kasai, who is in charge of book design, custom fabric was created for use in this work.
After completing the fabric, Sudo attended Ichiro Yamaguchi's live tour "The Nostalgic Moon is the New Moon "Mirage"" and named it Mirage to express the impression the fabric evokes.
