This book is a major revision of the catalogue for the exhibition of Ito Jakuchu's works, which left the audience stunned and held their breath. It is the definitive collection of Ito Jakuchu's paintings, covering all of his masterpieces, including works that could not be exhibited due to unavoidable circumstances, and seven works that were discovered after the exhibition, making it a complete collection of over 200 works.
The works have been photographed as newly as possible, and as much detail as possible has been included. If the exhibition continues for another 10 years, this art book is unlikely to be surpassed in the next 20 years. It is the largest and best definitive collection of Ito Jakuchu's works that can be hoped for today.
