"Toyoshima Yasuko: The Emergence of Heaven and Earth - The Front and Back of Left and Right" was held at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo from December 9, 2023 to March 10, 2024.
This book, published to commemorate the holding of this exhibition, is a collection of Toyoshima's works that covers more than 30 years of his artistic production, recording 450 color illustrations along with commentary by Toyoshima.
The book includes commentary on all works and an essay by Tomoko Yabumae, curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, in both Japanese and English. It is a valuable resource.
