This is a 1/200 scale plastic model kit architectural model that reproduces the interior of the Tower of the Sun.
The Tower of the Sun was created as a symbol of the Japan World Exposition EXPO'70 (commonly known as the Osaka Expo). Inside is the "Tree of Life," where creatures from ancient times to the present day gather together, and the inside of both arms are constructed with a complex truss structure. Taro Okamoto's masterpiece artwork, an unprecedented monument in human history, has been recreated in its current form, about 50 years after its construction. You can observe the surfaces, three-dimensional shapes and designs that make up this one-of-a-kind existence that combines Taro Okamoto's artwork and architecture from various angles.
