Atsushi Suwa is a contemporary painter known for his meticulous, realistic depictions.
This latest collection of works includes the artist's major works to date as well as his latest works, in conjunction with his solo exhibition currently being held at the Fuchu Art Museum (December 17, 2022 - February 26, 2023).
In addition to the artist's own essay, the book also includes newly written texts by photographers Risaku Suzuki, Satomi Yamamoto (professor at Waseda University), and Hisako Koike (professor at Kokugakuin University). The rich text and abundant visuals of the works allow you to get to the essence of Suwa's work.
