This book was published to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the founding of apparel brand 45R.
The book is made up of six chapters, and you can get a sense of the brand's history and spirit not only from each episode but also from the book design.
The title pages of each chapter are letterpress printed on washi paper, the cover is made of the brand's original material, Mon Petit Denim, the disk motif is based on the record that gave the brand its name, and the brand name is printed in white and designed to look more sophisticated as the ink peels off as it is read, giving it a unique 45R feel. Supervised by Shinji Takahashi and Yasumi Inoue (45rpm studio).
