Masumi Ishida is a photographer so successful that hardly a day goes by without his name appearing in magazines or advertisements.

This is the long-awaited second edition of the author's debut work, "Light Years," published in January 2018.

Masumi Ishida's first step as a photographer was to take a series of photographs, which she began taking, with an almost mad desire, after she learned that her days with her friends at her combined junior and senior high school were "soon to end."
A collection of these photographs titled "Light Years" has been compiled, but it has been out of print for a long time.

Now that we are inevitably becoming more conscious of the physical distance between people, masterpieces that capture a dazzling moment are being revived.
