Sora no Kotoba: Inner Beauty

The white petal-like parts are called bracts, and are special leaves that protect the cluster of yellow flowers in the center.
The purple parts you can see on the back are the bracts that were on the outside when the plant was in bud. It is native to Australia and prefers dry places.
The market name is Hanakanzashi.
