This IC card case was designed using PCB CAD and has electronic components mounted on a real PCB. It can hold one transportation IC card. The Death Star under construction is depicted in detail with approximately 120,000 lines, including the wiring pattern (gold plating) of the PCB. The finest lines are drawn with a wiring pattern of 0.1 mm. A total of 27 electronic components are mounted in the Death Star design. The FLASH series PCBs are designed with an emphasis on design, so the circuit is formed using a processing method called PAD ON VIA, which is used for high-density PCBs. A patent is pending for the circuit that lights up the LED without a battery. After mounting, it is coated with an ultra-clear resin.
It comes with a gimmick that allows the LED to light up without batteries when you touch the ticket gate or pay with an IC card. In the Death Star design, the red LED mounted on the super laser lights up. This product will make your daily commute to work or school more enjoyable. (It has not been confirmed whether it will light up at ticket gates overseas. It has been confirmed that it will light up in Hong Kong, which uses the FeliCa system.) If the card size is the same, it can also be used as an ID card case for work, etc. (The light output may be weaker than at ticket gates.)
