Mio Adhan
Born in Hokkaido in 1986.
Graduated from Waseda University's School of Letters, Arts and Sciences. In 2017, she made her debut with "The Diary of Tenryuuin Akiko" which won the 30th Subaru Prize for New Novelists.
In 2020, she published "Kumquat and Meteora," a coming-of-age novel set in a girls' junior and senior high school in Hokkaido, which received enthusiastic support from booksellers and became a best-seller.
