Among the few domestically produced rakkyo, this product is made from high-quality rakkyo from Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures, which are fully matured at low temperatures for more than six months and then blended with apple cider vinegar and honey to give it a refreshing sweetness.
Because no sweeteners are used, the pickles have a sharp sweetness, a refreshing aftertaste, and a crisp, crunchy texture.
