Pickled takuan in rice bran, a nostalgic, sour, tangy dish that brings back memories of the old days.

A nostalgic, sour pickled bean paste that is completely additive-free.
The radishes used are grown in Tano Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, and are naturally dried in the cold wind.
Ako sea salt, natural kelp from southern Hokkaido, and persimmon skin and bran from Katsuragi Town, Wakayama Prefecture, which add a subtle sweetness. All of these ingredients are mixed together and pickled for over six months to create a pickled radish with a deep flavor.
The salt content is lower than that of regular takuan, at about 4%.
