Made with Hokkaido-grown true kelp and southern Hokkaido-grown gagome kelp, which were presented to the shogunate

We use carefully selected ma konbu from Osatsube, Hokkaido, which was highly valued as konbu presented to the Tokugawa Shogunate, and gagome konbu from southern Hokkaido.

This is an excellent tororo konbu with a thick texture that is packed with the natural sweetness and umami of konbu.
We use only the flavorful, thick "true kelp" from Osatsube, the home of presented kelp, and the sticky "gagome kelp" that can only be found in southern Hokkaido, and mix it with only brewed vinegar and carefully shave it off.
The soft and creamy texture along with the natural sweetness and flavor of the kelp fills your mouth.
It is the deliciousness of kelp alone, without any additives.
