It is made of a soft material that provides a comfortable cutting experience. The knife bites into the food, allowing you to cut through it with little force.
One of the corners of the cutting board is curved, so you can easily lift the cutting board. It is a cutting board that you can take out quickly and move around easily. It is OK to use bleach and sterilize with boiling water, but not boiling.
Compared to wooden ones, they are thin and light, so even if you have multiple pieces, you can hang them up and store them. Therefore, you can separate ingredients by color and use them hygienically. They are manufactured in our own factory in Ishikawa Prefecture.
The easy-to-cut TPU material is soft like rubber or silicone, and can be bent to move ingredients around. The surface has a textured pattern that makes scratches less noticeable.

*Because the blade is gentle on the blade, it has the tendency to bend and return to its original shape, and it is especially prone to losing its shape after it comes into contact with hot water during cleaning or sterilization. If it becomes bent and difficult to cut, pour hot water over it again (approximately 80°C for 5 to 20 minutes) and cool it flat, and it will return to its original shape.
*Dishwasher safe, but the product may become distorted due to temperature. We recommend removing the product while it is still warm after washing and leaving it to cool flat. Even if the product becomes distorted, its properties will not change and it can still be used.
