This dish combines the techniques of Mino ware from Toki City, Gifu Prefecture, which boasts the largest ceramic production volume in Japan, and Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, which is world-renowned for its metalworking.
A modern Mino ware plate and rack with rich glaze expression combined into one.
You can enjoy the crispy, freshly fried texture of fried foods until the very end, and it also works well with steamed and moist ingredients.
Remove the mesh and you have a simple plate that goes with any dish.
It is useful for everyday meals.

This color is exclusive TSUTAYA BOOKS and will be released to coincide with TSUTAYA BOOKS Thanksgiving Festival in the fall of 2023.

・Can be used in microwaves, dishwashers and dryers.
・Because each piece is made by hand, there may be individual differences in shape, size, unevenness in the glaze color, and glaze dripping.
・Depending on the color, the glaze may become thin in some areas, resulting in burnt discoloration during firing. This is a characteristic of the glaze color and does not affect the quality.
-Due to the nature of the product, it is highly absorbent, so please be aware that if you leave food with a high moisture content in it for a long period of time, it may leak out or become dirty.
- Please be careful as sudden temperature changes may cause cracks.
