Born in Barcelona, Spain. A bookworm since childhood, she wanted to be a writer, but as an adult she worked in advertising while writing scripts and documentaries. The first book she wrote was
I self-published and sold my books through my own online shop and by asking local bookstores to stock them. The next project I planned was the "Little One's Big Dream" series. This series has been translated into many languages and is loved by many readers around the world.

Originally from Scotland, she graduated from the University of Glasgow, and after working as a stage manager at a theatre, she studied design and illustration at Chelsea College of Arts. Her hand lettering and illustrations have appeared in a variety of media, including advertisements, magazines, books, stationery and toys. Her cute, cheerful style has attracted attention internationally. She currently lives in London.

Akiko Hishiki (Translation)
Akiko Hishiki
Born in Tokyo. Involved in translating and introducing mainly Swedish children's books. In 2009, he was awarded the Order of the Polar Star by the Kingdom of Sweden. His translations include the "Detective Kalle" series (Iwanami Shoten), "Nils's Wonderful Adventure" (Fukuinkan Shoten), "Grandpa's Whistle" (Holp Publishing), and many others. His books include "My First Nordic Mythology" (Tokuma Shoten).
