■ Regarding shipping and delivery
We accept delivery and installation within the designated areas in Japan. *Remote islands (including Okinawa) are outside the designated areas.
Standard delivery and installation are free of charge.

Delivery when normal delivery is not possible is: (1) Some areas (mountainous areas, etc.) (2) Delivery to homes on the third floor or higher using stairs
(3) Delivery when crane operation is required. In such cases, delivery may not be possible or an additional fee may be charged. Please contact us in advance.
- Regarding delivery and installation dates, if the item is in stock, it will be delivered within approximately 10 days.

After your purchase, we will contact you approximately one week later to discuss the delivery schedule with the delivery company.
Regarding delivery, we will deliver to the location of your choice.
When moving items, we are unable to move furniture (such as cupboards, chests of drawers, tables, etc.) or remove handrails on doors or stairs.
Turning the power plug on immediately may cause the compressor to malfunction.
Therefore, we recommend that you wait at least 20 minutes after installation before plugging in the power cord.

When placing an order, please check in advance not only the size of the unit itself, but also that there is sufficient access to the installation location.
If delivery is not possible without prior confirmation, you will be responsible for the delivery and removal costs.

5. The access route to the entrance of a house is narrow, and the delivery vehicle cannot reach it.
