It has a heat resistance of up to 220°C, so it can be used for fermentation cooking at around 27°C as well as high-temperature cooking at up to 220°C.
It can withstand temperatures as low as -20℃, so it can be used for cold cooking,
The lid means you can safely use it to absorb water from rice or wheat in the refrigerator, or to make rapées.

"U90" can microwave two or three snacks at the same time.
Its small size makes it ideal for making desserts with your children or steamed bread.
"U150" is a machine that can be used for cooking staple foods such as white rice and steamed rice,

9° is made in a factory at the foot of Mt. Hakuba in Toyama Prefecture, an area that boasts abundant nature.
The colors are "Shiromukuiro," "Hatsumidorikoro," and "Daimidorikoro," which are inspired by the image of butterbur sprouts sprouting from the snow-covered mountainside.
We offer six colors - "dark brown," "dark green," and "evergreen" - which represent the vegetation growing vigorously from the earth moistened by melting snow.
