What is hymn?
Hymn, designed by Hiroto Yoshizoe, was born from the light and flicker of fire.
Ambientec, a Japanese lighting brand that specializes in cordless lighting that is a long-lasting part of people's lives, has refined Yoshizoe's prototype, which reinterprets the primitive form of light known as fire, into the product "hymn" after a two-year development period.
The flickering of fire, which can be said to be the very charm of fire, leaves a lingering impression.
Just as the lingering image of "Yuragi" creates deep emotions when it reaches people's hearts, "hymn" lights a light that gives new substance to the existence of "fire."

■ Hiroto Yoshizoe
Space Designer
Born in Tokyo. Graduated from Musashino Art University.
After working as a designer at an interior design company, he became independent.
Currently based in Tokyo, he works on artwork and special features for hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, etc.
We are responsible for designing distinctive components of commercial spaces, including providing original drawings for custom-made architectural fixtures, building materials, and decorations.
In recent years, he has also been working on individual projects separate from client work.
The work was awarded Panel winner at the LEXUS DESIGN AWARD 2016 and Grand Prix winner in 2017.
