A new edition of Daido Moriyama's nude photo book "Mayfly," published in 1972, the same year as "Records" and "Goodbye Photography." The book is reconstructed with the focus on bondage photographs taken with the cooperation of Oniroku Dan (1931-2011), and also includes previously unpublished cuts.

"Tracing my journey back through distant memories from 50 years ago, I came across a small, nameless village on the headland of a peninsula. There I found five naked women, all tied up with ropes, in a daze. I took out my camera and naturally began taking pictures. It was a day that felt like a heat haze."
