62nd Hiroshima Mercato: Ways to Eat

Special Events
LECT Surface Parking Lot 2024年11月16日(土) - 11月17日(日)

I don't know yet, my favorite

I often eat delicious food because I know it's delicious, and it's a taste that will definitely make me happy. But there are so many delicious things in this world that I don't know yet, and things that pique my interest even though I don't know if they're delicious. If you find such a food, why not give it a try? You might discover something you like that you didn't know you had yet. Life is a challenge!

The producers and chefs who gather at Hiroshima Mercato also have many ways of spending their time. They spend their time dealing with food longer than we do, such as the time it takes to sow seeds and harvest, or the trial and error of creating new menu items. Some of their time is spent in a way that is only possible because they spend it in their everyday lives.
Asking the producers and chefs who always bring us delicious food how they spend the time before eating may help change your attitude towards food a little.
Enjoy listening to the producers and chefs talk about how they spend their time preparing the ingredients for eating.

Please help us by bringing an eco-bag.
