In addition, we will be holding the "Gotsu x Hiroshima Mercato" in collaboration with Gotsu city, Shimane prefecture, where local specialty foods will be on display.

Shiwa Basin Vegetables Fumotoya / Seasonal vegetables*Only on the 10th
Since the fall of 2016, the couple has been painstakingly growing a small amount of a wide variety of vegetables (50 items per year) using pesticide-free organic farming in the Shiwa Basin in Higashihiroshima City.
Vegetables will also be shifting from summer to autumn, and we would like to focus on selling sweet potatoes, thinned carrots, leafy vegetables, etc., so we would be happy if you would purchase them.

The chickens are raised in a free-range, natural environment, fed with a homemade fermented feed and the clean, delicious water of Yure Town.They are allowed to roam freely in the open fields, where they can run around and fight, and spend their days in good health.

'Honey grown naturally in the mountains'
We plant trees and flowers in the mountains, cultivate the fields, grow vegetables and fruit, and keep bees.
The vegetables and fruits we grow are the source of honey.
For the sake of the bees, we do not use pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.
This is a natural flower nectar that is rich in the floral aroma and is packed with the bounty of the mountains and the seasons.

Sasaki Tofu Shop was founded in 1894 in Miyoshi City.
The company uses soybeans produced in Miyoshi City as its main ingredient and is particular about its production techniques.

Waioli Farm is a farm located in Kumano Town, a mountainous area of Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, where they grow vegetables without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Their goal is to produce "vegetables that will invigorate both your mind and body."
We grow seasonal vegetables as well as vegetables that are used to make rice crackers.

"NOBUTARO" is a new brand born from Ishikawa Mameya, which was founded in 1927.
We deliver carefully selected products using soybeans based on the concept of "making soybeans more interesting."

We harvest nectar from flowers that bloom from May to July from Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture to Yanai City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. We observe the hives while checking the temperature and weather to see when the best honey is produced.
We harvest honey multiple times from the same location, but even in the same location, the color and scent of the honey will change depending on the flowers that bloom. We hope you enjoy the difference in the taste of honey depending on the origin and the flowers.
