・2-book ticket (7,260 yen including tax): 2 unsigned books + 1 random photo given by the artist
・3-book ticket (10,890 yen including tax): 1 signed book (addressed on the pre-signed book on the spot) given to you by the artist + 2 unsigned books + 1 random photo (5 types in total) + 2-shot photo taken with your smartphone
*The designs of the random photos on the 2-book and 3-book tickets are the same.
*Please use only hiragana or katakana and either the participant's first name or last name for the addressee (only the participant's name is accepted).
*If the addressee's name is deemed to be something other than a name or is otherwise inappropriate, we will change it to include the customer's name.
*Please write the recipient's name on the form while waiting in line.
*We cannot accept changes to the addressee after the address has been filled out.
*If you are unable to participate, we will send you the photo book and bonus items (random photos only) at a later date, cash on delivery.
■ How to apply

■ Application period
September 2nd (Monday) 20:00 - September 25th (Wednesday) 23:59
Please read each note carefully and apply only if you are able to comply with them.
・Available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will close the acceptance of orders once the specified number of tickets has been reached.
- Refunds will not be available for reasons of your own choosing not to attend the event (including illness due to COVID-19 or other reasons, or staying at home).
-For those who are unable to attend the event on the day, products will be sent to you cash on delivery after the event.
・If you have specified a domain, please make sure that you can receive emails from "@ccc.co.jp" and "@eventmanager-plus.jp". If you do not receive an email, please contact us at umeda_event@ccc.co.jp.
- Tickets may be purchased in a parent's name, but admission is limited to that parent only.
・One participation ticket is valid for one person only. In addition to the person who placed the order, you may bring up to one person under elementary school age. You may not bring more than two people, regardless of age.
・This event is not eligible for V Points.
・In addition, there may be various restrictions and regulations imposed on the day of the meet-and-greet event.
■Notes on the day of the event
・We will not allow you to line up outside of the designated meeting time.
・There is no place to store strollers.
All baggage must be checked in in advance.
・Bringing dangerous items into the venue is strictly prohibited.
・Fan letters and presents cannot be handed over directly to the artists. Only fan letters can be left in the box set up at the venue.
・Video and audio recording are prohibited.
・Please check all products and benefits at the venue before leaving. We cannot accommodate requests after the event.
・If the meeting time has passed, the event will end as soon as the line breaks. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have a numbered ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
・Meeting times vary depending on the type of ticket, etc. Please attend the designated meeting time.
・If you are unable to attend the event on the day, the product and bonus (random photo only) will be sent to you cash on delivery.
・Due to operational reasons, customers who have multiple numbered tickets may be asked to present them all at once.
・Due to circumstances, you may be asked to wait at the venue beyond the designated meeting time.
- The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.
・In order to ensure the safe running of the event, the organizers may refuse participation to certain customers if they are deemed unsuitable for participation.
・On the day of the event, please follow the instructions of the staff. If any trouble occurs at the venue, the event may be canceled.
- Please note that during the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.
◼︎ Notes on photography
・Only smartphones are permitted to take photos. Please refrain from using instant cameras, digital cameras, or tablets.
- Only the apps that come pre-installed can be used. Other camera apps, editing apps, Live Photos, etc. cannot be used.
・Staff will be checking cameras at all times on the day. Your cooperation is appreciated.
・Please refrain from bringing in any electronic devices other than smartphones for taking photos. Please leave any smart watches, earphones, etc. with staff as carry-on baggage.
・Screen recording, video recording, audio recording, etc. are prohibited.
No contact is allowed when taking photos.
- You cannot specify poses when taking photos.
・As a general rule, re-shooting will not be conducted. Please check at the venue before leaving.
・We will not reschedule the shoot for any reason, including if your smartphone or other device malfunctions, is lost, or has low battery, or if the footage cannot be saved due to over capacity.
・It is prohibited to post any photos taken online, such as on social media.
◼︎ Preventive measures against infectious diseases
・Transparent barriers may be placed between the performers and the audience.
・Depending on the situation, performers may wear masks, face shields, etc.
・We recommend that you wear a mask when participating in the event (we may ask you to wear a mask depending on the situation, so please be sure to bring one with you).
・If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain, or are concerned about your health, please refrain from participating.
-If any customers appear to be unwell, staff will contact them and may restrict their participation in the event.
-If you begin to feel unwell during the event, please do not force yourself and immediately inform a member of staff nearby.

Q: I can no longer participate in the event. Can I cancel?
A Cancellation is not possible.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?
A You can purchase up to 5 tickets per transaction.[Added 2024,09,06]Additional sales are limited to one item per transaction.
Q Can I transfer my ticket to a third party?
A: Admission is limited to the person in question. Please refrain from reselling or transferring your ticket.
Q I don't have a credit card. Can I pay with cash?
A: We are very sorry, but we only accept online payments. Payments can only be made by credit card. We do not accept debit cards.
Q: Are tickets available?
A: Please show the confirmation email screen to a staff member on the day of the event.
Q Will numbered tickets be distributed?
A: We will hand out numbered tickets and guide you in the order in which you arrive at each meeting time.
Q Can I still participate if I'm a little late to the meeting time?
A: If the meeting time has passed, the event will end as soon as the line breaks. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have a numbered ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: Can I give you a present?
A: Fan letters and presents cannot be handed over directly to the event attendees. We will only accept fan letters in the box set up at the venue.
