[Childcare included] Gentle Pilates for postpartum mothers

Workshop
2F Wakaba Square 2024年 11月22日(金)
Your body undergoes major changes after pregnancy and childbirth.
Your body won't return to normal immediately after giving birth, and the pace of recovery varies from person to person.
As your lifestyle changes with the arrival of child-rearing, you may be experiencing new ailments such as stiff shoulders, back pain, and problems around the stomach and buttocks.

Pilates was originally developed to help rehabilitate injured soldiers.
This is a perfect program for postpartum mothers, as it helps them get their bodies moving again.

No flashy moves.
We focus on the pre-Pilates style of movement, which involves slowly increasing the range of motion.

Now it's time for your body to recover.
It's also a good time to make changes.
By doing these adjustments now, you can get closer to your ideal shape than before you gave birth.
Let's try it together, little by little!

▸Relaxing and enjoyable classes with childcare included!
Childcare worker EMI will welcome children up to about 1 year old.
They watch over the children right next to the mothers who are participating.
Would you like to feel more at ease, more focused and enjoy some time for yourself?
It may be a luxury!
However, if the mother is not healthy, she cannot take care of the children.
A mother's physical and mental health also contributes to her child's healthy development.
If you have a desire to improve your appearance, please come and visit us!

▸ Includes some handy tips from EMI, a childcare professional
I'm sure raising children is a constant source of worries, big and small.
In times like these, not only will having someone to listen to you be a great help, but advice from someone with a lot of experience can also be a great help.
There will also be time set aside with EMI so let's have a talk about child-rearing together!

*You can start exercising about three months after giving birth, but if you have any concerns or worries about a Caesarean section or abdominal separation, we recommend that you consult your doctor in advance and get permission to exercise.
*The movements are simple but they use your body to the core, so if you tend to sweat easily it may be a good idea to bring a change of clothes and a towel.

[ subject ]
Those who are in stable health after 3 months postpartum

[Clothing]
Comfortable clothing
*As there is a movement of lifting your legs, we recommend a jacket or pants that will not easily turn up. Also, as there is a lot of lying on your back, we recommend clothes made of soft materials without decorations (especially around the waist).
*Please wear non-slip socks.
*Please note that there is no space for changing clothes.

[ What to bring ]
Drinks and sweat towels
*Mats will be provided.
*If you are bringing children, please prepare toys, mats, drinks, food, etc. so that they will be comfortable.
