8th place in the Toyojun Fuji Cup International Roasting Competition 2024 (total number of participants: 108)
The taste of coffee changes depending on the degree of roasting.
A light roast with a clean taste, or a dark roast with a rich, fragrant flavor.
A roaster who won second place at the 2024 Roasting Competition will give a gentle explanation of roasting and also offer a tasting.
In the second half of the course, you will have the opportunity to experience brewing and tasting coffee in a group setting using three different types of brewing equipment.
Why not have fun learning and brewing your favorite coffee at home to enjoy a wonderful autumn?
