Takuma Shiratani
Born in Saga Prefecture in 1994
2019 Graduated from the Department of Sculpture, Tokyo University of the Arts
2021 Graduated from the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture
He experiments with a variety of expressions using wood carving and dry lacquer. He has created painted wood carvings with origami motifs, focusing on the fact that both folding paper and carving wood are acts that are connected to prayer.
