Located on Mukoshima, across from Onomichi, this jam workshop makes jams using ingredients sourced from local farmers as much as possible, as well as spices and combinations that come to mind at the time.
In addition to jams, we also offer baked goods that are healthy for your body and have natural flavors, made with our homemade salt koji and miso.

 
 
Sunaya Cocco Village / Free-range fertilized eggs
The chickens are raised in a free-range, natural environment, fed with a homemade fermented feed and the clean, delicious water of Yure Town.They are allowed to roam freely in the open fields, where they can run around and fight, and spend their days in good health.
Healthy and lively parent hens produce healthy and delicious fertilized eggs.

 
 
This is delicious honey that is grown naturally in the mountains.
We plant trees and flowers in the mountains, cultivate the fields, grow vegetables and fruit, and keep bees.
The vegetables and fruits we grow are the source of honey.
For the sake of the bees, we do not use pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.
This is a natural flower nectar that is rich in the floral aroma and is packed with the bounty of the mountains and the seasons.

 
 
Bread and / Bread
"Pan to" aims to make "meal bread" that fits into your daily life. We use simple, high-quality ingredients, and use 100% domestic wheat so that everyone from children to adults can eat it with peace of mind. This bread has a chewy texture and a "lively wheat flavor" that is made by slowly and carefully aging whole wheat yeast.
With the theme "Small is beautiful," we aim to help people live fulfilling lives through bread.

 
 
Sasaki Tofu Shop / Tofu
Sasaki Tofu Shop was founded in 1894 in Miyoshi City.
The company uses soybeans produced in Miyoshi City as its main ingredient and is particular about its production techniques.
Our mission is to provide freshly made tofu that has a strong soybean flavor, and we work hard every day to make tofu.

 
 
SIRO / Baked goods
This is a small cake shop located in the mountains of Kuji, Asakita Ward. We aim to make simple sweets that make the most of the delicious ingredients, such as fruits delivered directly from farmers. Our "fermented butter sandwiches" made with fermented butter from Takachiho are very popular. We offer butter sandwiches, baked goods, seasonal cakes, and more.
 
 
 
Taruho / Baked goods
This shop is located in a blue and brown house in a residential area of Naka-ku, Hiroshima City. In addition to selling baked goods, baskets, and miscellaneous goods, it also holds basket-making classes.
Simple and delicious sweets that you'll want to eat again and again. A one-of-a-kind basket bag that you'll want to take with you on your outings.

Sera Mushroom Garden / Matsumushroom
"Matsukinoko" and "Matsunameko" are unique mushrooms and nameko mushrooms that have been certified under the Hiroshima Prefecture Support Registration System and as Sera brand products.
We grow our produce in Sera Town with a strong focus on safety and security, and also sell it at our drive-through facility at our head office.

 
 
 SESSION'S BREWERY/ Craft Beer
Sessions Brewery began brewing in April 2018 in Eba, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
Taking advantage of small-scale production, we would like to try brewing a wide variety of beers.

 
 
□ Okomen WorkshopKoichan Farm/ Rice noodles, seasonal vegetables
We make healthy noodles using rice from deep in the mountains in Yamatocho, Mihara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, rice flour, potato starch from Hokkaido, and water from deep in the mountains.
We will also be selling vegetables from Koichan Farm, which grows vegetables in the same Yamato town soil without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides.
 
 
 
 
Waiori Farm /Seasonal vegetables and processed foods
Waioli Farm is a farm located in Kumano Town, a mountainous area of Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, where they grow vegetables without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Their goal is to produce "vegetables that will invigorate both your mind and body."
We grow seasonal vegetables as well as vegetables that are used to make rice crackers.

 
 
Ash tree / bread
We sell bread, scones and jam three days a week in a quiet residential area of Itsukaichi.
Following on from last time, this time we will be delivering kabosu grown from seedlings in Gotsu City, Shimane Prefecture, as well as selling seasonal jams, scones, and bread.
 
 
 
SHOP ROSEBAY Omotesando / Rock salt
A Himalayan rock salt specialty store in Omotesando, selling everything from bath salts loved by many celebrities, to professional-grade edible salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and organic and halal foods. On the day, we will also be holding a very special [Mercato exclusive] all-you-can-pack Himalayan rock salt event.
 
 
 
Our local curry restaurant KOTOKOTO / Curry, seasonal vegetables
This is a nostalgic yet special curry made with local ingredients in our town, Onan Town, Shimane Prefecture, which is surrounded by mountains and rich in nature.

 
 
Dojoya /Seasonal vegetables
We harvest the seasonal produce from our fields on the morning of the day of sale and package it up as a "Hana-Na-Tasuku®"! We want to deliver something that is delicious to eat and somehow fun.
In addition to Hanabutsu®, we will also be bringing a variety of processed products from the Dojoya Specialty series, pickled plums, Dojo Pon Senbei rice crackers, Dojo wheat, and more.
