This is the second edition of the hugely popular "Nippon no Pudding."
The lineup has also been expanded to include approximately 50 types of pudding for a limited time.
We will also be selling ice cream, perfect for summer.

"Nippon no Pudding 2" will be held over several periods, with the products changing.
We would like to introduce our main lineup.

[First Half] August 2nd (Fri)- August 6th (Tue)

■ Hokkaido
[Pudding in Castella] Yamashitakan Co., Ltd.

A milky pudding is hidden inside the moist castella cake. This is a castella cake that can only be found at a pudding specialty store. Please scoop it up with a spoon and enjoy.


■ Hokkaido
[King of Raspberry] Yamashitakan

A two-layered pudding made with smooth cheesecake pudding made with Hokkaido milk and cheese, topped with sweet and sour raspberry jelly.


■Fukuoka Prefecture
[Egg Shop's Fresh Pudding] Nogami Poultry Farm Co., Ltd.

This is a very rich pudding made with only the yolks of carefully selected eggs, which is possible because it is a chicken farm. It uses milk from Kumamoto, and the flavor of the milk and the richness of the eggs are a perfect match. It is baked slowly for one hour using a unique low-temperature method. Enjoy the fresh texture that melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth. Please note that since it is a fresh pudding, it may stick to the lid.


Okayama Prefecture
[Rape blossom field and white clouds (pudding)] Ranmusumean Co., Ltd.

This is a rich two-layer pudding made with "Kiipuri", a pudding made only from the yolk, and "Shiropuri", a pudding made only from the white. Please enjoy the different tastes and textures of each.


■Kochi Prefecture
[Fried egg rich pudding (packed)] Yamasaki Farm Co., Ltd.

This rich pudding is made using plenty of fresh, rich eggs produced on our own farm, with agar in the whites and apricots in the yolks, giving it the feel of a fried egg.


■Oita Prefecture
[Mitarashi Soy Sauce Pudding] Nitanda Soy Sauce Shop Nakatsu Factory

This is a Japanese-style pudding that uses soy sauce mitarashi instead of caramel sauce. The mitarashi sauce is made with three-year-old fully ripened soy sauce and brown sugar from Hateruma Island, Okinawa, to create a unique richness. The pudding is a rich, kiln-steamed pudding that uses plenty of "Yabakei Milk" from Shimogo Agricultural Cooperative and fresh, locally produced eggs. Please enjoy the combination of soy sauce mitarashi.

■Shimane Prefecture
[Kisuki Farm Custard Pudding] Kisuki Dairy Co., Ltd.

With one bite, the flavor of egg and milk spreads in your mouth, making this custard pudding feel nostalgic. It is made with plenty of fresh pasteurized milk and fertilized eggs from flatland farms. It is characterized by its strong egg flavor. You can also adjust the amount of caramel sauce provided to suit your taste. Of course, no additives or flavorings are used, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.


■Shimane Prefecture
[Asahi Pudding (with caramel syrup)] Asahi Poultry Farm Ltd.

This simple and delicious pudding uses Necka eggs, and has a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture that lets you enjoy the full flavor of the eggs. If you like, you can enjoy it with the caramel syrup provided.


■ Hokkaido
[Hokkaido delicious pudding custard] Albreve Co., Ltd.

This pudding is made with milk, eggs, and sugar from Hokkaido and is steamed in an oven. Enjoy the rich texture and flavor of the eggs.


■ Hokkaido
[Hokkaido Rich and Delicious Pudding Cream Cheese] Albreve Co., Ltd.

This pudding is made with Hokkaido cream cheese, eggs, milk, and sugar and is then steamed in an oven. Enjoy the rich texture and flavor of the cream cheese.


Okayama Prefecture
[Okayama White Peach Pudding] Gianna

This white peach pudding is made with plenty of Okayama white peaches. It is a juicy, smooth jelly-type pudding that goes down just like eating a white peach. The eggs used are "Hoshi no Sato eggs" from Bisei Town, Okayama Prefecture, which are fresh and rich in flavor.


■Yamaguchi Prefecture
[Sweet Kabocha Whole Pudding] LesMonCoeur

This product was jointly developed with JA Shunan. It is a pudding made with a paste made from the skin, pulp and seeds of a pumpkin called Kurigoro, and is one third pumpkin.

■Kagoshima Prefecture Tenmonkan Mujaki Co., Ltd.

The popular Shirokuma series from Kagoshima. Enjoy six different varieties of Shirokuma, including strawberry and milk sweet potato.
