Run by Chef Ueya Kenji, this is Japan's first store specializing in gateau au chocolat, with its main store located in front of Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden in Tokyo.

How to enjoy it
You can enjoy a variety of flavors depending on the temperature at which you eat it.
At room temperature, it has a moist texture and rich flavor similar to chocolate terrine.
Chill it... If you chill it in the refrigerator, the raw chocolate will melt in your mouth. You can enjoy the taste of the chocolate itself.
Warm it up...If you warm it lightly in the microwave, the outside will become fluffy and the rich chocolate will melt from the inside, giving it a texture similar to fondant au chocolat, with the acidity and bitterness of the cocoa more pronounced.
