For the meeting time for the event, please check the information that will be sent to the email address you registered when purchasing the product.
* Meeting times vary depending on the ticket type, so please be sure to check before coming to the store.
*There is no space in the store where you can wait until the meeting time. To avoid overcrowding, please come to the store on time.
* Meeting times cannot be specified or changed. Furthermore, we cannot answer inquiries about meeting times before the schedule is announced.

・1 book ticket (3,000 yen including tax): One unsigned calendar given to you by the artist
・3-book ticket (9,000 yen including tax): 3 unsigned calendars given to you by the artist + 1 photo of the two of you taken with your smartphone
* Tickets will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and sales will end once the planned number of tickets has been reached.
*If you are unable to attend, we will send you the calendar at a later date with postage due.

■ Application period
September 16th (Monday, holiday) 12:00pm - November 15th (Friday) 12:00pm
Please read each note carefully and apply only if you are able to comply with them.

・お客様都合によるイベント不参加による払い戻しはお受けできません(感染症等の病症や自宅待機を含む)。
・当日イベント不参加の方の商品ついては、イベント終了後に着払いにてお送りいたします。

・チケットは親御様名義のご購入で問題ございませんが、ご入場はご本人様のみに限ります。
・参加券は1枚で1名様のみ有効です。ご注文者様ご本人の他に小学生未満1名までは同伴いただけます。年齢にかかわらず2名以上は同伴いただけません。
・本イベントはVポイント付与対象外となります。
・その他、お渡し会当日は様々な制限や規定を設けさせていただく場合があります。
■Notes on the day of the event
・We will not allow you to line up outside of the designated meeting time.
・There is no place to store strollers.
All baggage must be checked in in advance.
・Electronic devices are not permitted to be brought on board, so please check in any smartwatches, earphones, etc. as carry-on baggage.
・Fan letters and presents cannot be handed over directly to the attendees. Please place them in the present box provided at the venue.
・Video and audio recording are prohibited.
・Please check all products and benefits at the venue before leaving. We cannot accommodate requests after the event.
・If the meeting time has passed, the event will end as soon as the line breaks. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have a numbered ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
・Meeting times vary depending on the type of ticket, etc. Please attend the designated meeting time.
・If you are unable to attend the event on the day, the product will be sent to you cash on delivery.
・Due to operational reasons, customers who have multiple numbered tickets may be asked to present them all at once.
・Due to circumstances, you may be asked to wait at the venue beyond the designated meeting time.
- The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.
・In order to ensure the safe running of the event, the organizers may refuse participation to certain customers if they are deemed unsuitable for participation.
・On the day of the event, please follow the instructions of the staff. If any trouble occurs at the venue, the event may be canceled.
- Please note that during the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.
■ Important points regarding identity verification
・Please be sure to bring your photo ID with you as we will be conducting identity verification on the day of the event. If you do not have your photo ID, you will be denied entry.
・If your identity verification document does not have a photo, we will ask you to submit two "identification documents" that can confirm your name. Also, if your ID is not an official ID with a photo, staff may check the details at the venue on the day of the event.
・Only one person who has received a winning notice may participate (one person per group). One preschool child may accompany the winner.

*Please prepare a resident registration card, family register, and family register extract that were issued within the last six months.

*Please note that utility bills (electricity/water, etc.), point cards, and various postal items are not acceptable even if they have your name printed on them.

・Only smartphones are permitted to take photos. Please refrain from using instant cameras, digital cameras, or tablets.
- Only the apps that come pre-installed can be used. Other camera apps, editing apps, Live Photos, etc. cannot be used.
・Staff will be checking cameras at all times on the day. Your cooperation is appreciated.
・Please refrain from bringing in any electronic devices other than smartphones for taking photos. Please leave any smart watches, earphones, etc. with staff as carry-on baggage.
・Screen recording, video recording, audio recording, etc. are prohibited.
No contact is allowed when taking photos.
- You cannot specify poses when taking photos.
・As a general rule, re-shooting will not be conducted. Please check at the venue before leaving.
・We will not reschedule the shoot for any reason, including if your smartphone or other device malfunctions, is lost, or has low battery, or if the footage cannot be saved due to over capacity.
◼︎ Preventive measures against infectious diseases
・Transparent barriers may be placed between the performers and the audience.
・Depending on the situation, performers may wear masks, face shields, etc.
- Handshakes and other physical contact with performers are not permitted.
・If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain, or are concerned about your health, please refrain from participating.
-If any customers appear to be unwell, staff will contact them and may restrict their participation in the event.
・If you begin to feel unwell during the event, please do not force yourself and immediately inform a member of staff nearby.
■ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: I can no longer participate in the event. Can I cancel?
A Cancellation is not possible. The product will be shipped at a later date, cash on delivery.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?
A: You can purchase up to 5 of each of the 1-book and 3-book tickets.
Q Can I transfer my ticket to a third party?
A: Admission is limited to the person in question. Please refrain from reselling or transferring your ticket.
Q I don't have a credit card. Can I pay with cash?
A: We are very sorry, but we only accept online payments. Payments can only be made by credit card. We do not accept debit cards.
Q: Are tickets available?
A: Please show the confirmation email screen to a staff member on the day of the event.
Q Will numbered tickets be distributed?
A: We will hand out numbered tickets and guide you in the order in which you arrive at each meeting time.
Q Can I still participate if I'm a little late to the meeting time?
A: If the meeting time has passed, the event will end as soon as the line breaks. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have a numbered ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: Can I give you a present?
