*Please refrain from reselling or transferring your ticket.

■ Important points to note when applying
- Refunds will not be available for reasons of your own choosing not to attend the event (including illness due to COVID-19 or other reasons, or staying at home).
-For those who are unable to attend the event on the day, books will be sent cash on delivery to the address you provided when you applied after the event.
・If you have specified a domain, please make sure that you can receive emails from "@ccc.co.jp" and "@eventmanager-plus.jp". If you do not receive an email, please contact us at umeda_event@ccc.co.jp.
- Tickets may be purchased in a parent's name, but admission is limited to that parent only.
・Each participation ticket is valid for one person only. In addition to the person who placed the order, you may bring up to one person under elementary school age. You may not bring more than two people, regardless of age.
・T Points and Lucua Points are not eligible for this event.
・In addition, various restrictions and regulations may be imposed on the day of the event. Please read the notes carefully and apply only if you are able to comply with them.

■ Request for participation in the event
・Seating is unreserved. Please enter on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Food and drinks at the venue are limited to items purchased on the 9th floor only.
・Please refrain from recording or filming.
・Novelties will only be given to participants.
・Please note that we do not have a place to store strollers.
・Bringing dangerous items into the venue is strictly prohibited.
・Wearing a mask is at the discretion of the individual.
・Elderly people and those with underlying illnesses should consider their own health condition before attending.
