Although it is known nationwide as the one that started the maritozzo boom, "Amamda Kotan" is actually a sandwich.

It's beautiful to look at and has an addictive taste that you'll never forget once you've tried it.

The recipes are generously published in the book.

■ Amamdakotan

Opened in 2018 in Ropponmatsu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka.

He is now known throughout the country as the person who started the Maritozzo trend.

This bakery was started by Chef Hirako of Hira Concierge, a popular Italian restaurant in Fukuoka, and the savory breads reminiscent of Italian cuisine are delicious.

The store is lavishly decorated with dried flowers from Cote Jardin, a sister store that also has a shop in ROPPONMATSU TSUTAYA BOOKS, giving the store an artistic atmosphere.

They have sister stores "Dako Mecca" and "Amamu Dakotan Omotesando store" in Hakata, and a donut specialty store "I'm donut?" inside NAKAMEGURO TSUTAYA BOOKS.
