"Beautiful Work 4K Restored Edition" Release Commemoration Fair

"The Beautiful Job," released in 1999 by French filmmaker Claire Denis, will be released in 4K restored version on Friday, May 31st.

 

 

The film is famous for having had a major influence on current filmmakers, such as Barry Jenkins, director of "Moonlight," and Charlotte Wells, director of "Aftersun."
The dance, in which Denis Lavant, the renowned actor known for his work in the films of director Leos Carax, fully demonstrates his physicality, never grows old; in fact, the themes he deals with have a sharpness to them that makes it seem as if they have caught up with the times.
