Fill the petit choux with cream. Once you've filled it, you can use white chocolate to make it look like a tree, and then decorate it with your child's favorite sweets!

In 2002, she started "db.cafe", a cooking school based in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture. Currently, she offers a wide range of menu items for both kids and adults, with three courses in cooking, bread, and cakes, and runs a casual class that even beginners can enjoy. She also gives lessons at house and kitchen manufacturers, private lessons, and nutrition education classes.
