After training at a landscaping company, he became independent under the name Tokinoirodori.
A doodle on a blueprint inspired him to create a picture book, and he then began working as a one-page picture book author.
Currently, as a partner artist of the acrylic paint company Liquitex, he is based in Kumamoto and Tokyo and holds solo exhibitions, mural paintings, and live painting events both in Japan and overseas.
