To commemorate the release of Chad Moore's new book "Anybody Anyway" released by the publisher Super Labo, we will be holding a book signing event with the author himself, who is currently visiting Japan.

--"Anybody Anyway" is my exploration of the pre- and post-covid world.
It serves as a reflection on things we often take for granted: travel, crowds at parties, human contact, etc. During the pandemic and quarantine, I was no longer able to create art about people, except for my housemate Sasha, so I was forced to focus on my ongoing project about the night sky.
The sky images can also be seen as portraits in a way. The result is a combination of previously unseen archival work, skyscapes, and post-quarantine portraits that celebrate human resilience.

Chad Moore​
New York-based photographer. He began taking photographs on a BMX road trip in 2008 and has since captured many essential moments of his friends and their adventures with a natural, unedited style that transcends "photography". His work focuses on the use of improvisation and accidental elements to effectively capture gesture, expression, light and emotion, freeing fleeting moments.
His works have been exhibited at the Foam Museum in Amsterdam, Stieglitz19Gallery (Antwerp), Galerie&co119 (Paris), Agnes b. (NY, Tokyo), and are scheduled to be exhibited at Daelim Fine Arts (Seoul). This latest work, "Anybody Anyway," is his sixth monograph.
